April Young

April joined the team at Brixton Chiropractic and Acupuncture in July 2012, with little knowledge of the healthcare industry and uncertain of what to expect. However, under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Anthony Greene, DC, she began to appreciate the fundamental principles of Chiropractic and Natural Wellness.

Having struggled with autoimmune diseases and significant health issues for years, April was inspired to research healthier and more natural alternatives to traditional medicine. Her passion is to educate patients and to provide them with the support and encouragement she wished she had received during her own health struggles.

April has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and has helped patients afford their care and fight for much-needed treatments. She recently became a certified Health Coach, allowing her to provide even more comprehensive support to patients and help them achieve their health goals.

Originally from Missouri, April has been in Oklahoma for the past 25 years and has one daughter, Elizabeth, as well as a bonus son, Coltin. She and her husband share a love for cacti and spend time enjoying their two chiweenies, Rumble and Pepper Potts, their tortoise Gary, and her beloved service dog, Chief. Chief has been a significant part of April’s healing process and has provided infectious love to numerous patients as well.
